Before heading to Myanmar, I’ve stayed for a couple of nights in Hanoi and experience the first-class service of the newest boutique hotel in town. Soleil Boutique Hotel.

The hotel is located at Hang Bong street in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The façade and interiors exude a contemporary atmosphere with a touch of Western motifs.

As I enter the lobby, the smiles from the receptionists cordially welcome me and ask my booking information.

They’re quite busy and booked when I arrived so they asked me to wait for a couple of minutes which is fine with me. They guided and assisted me in the waiting area in the lobby and made sure that I will feel comfortable and at home.

Executive Room with a City View

Unknowingly, the room is ready and they handed me the key card. I’m in awe when I entered the room, I was assigned to an Executive Room with a King Bed.

The room is well-equipped with Western and modern amenities. It is clean and has sophisticated interiors that marked my mind all throughout my stay.

Moreover, nothing beats their linens, comforter, and pillows. It’s all relaxing and very soft. I already came to the point of buying one of those because of it’s comfortableness. Hahaha. Top-notch!

The room also has a minibar, safety deposit box, telephone, desk, ironing facilities, seating area, flat-screen TV with cable channels and streaming service, electric kettle, and dining table.

The Fitness Center

The fitness center is located at basement 2. It’s equipped with treadmills, a yoga mat, and weights surrounded by huge mirrors. Just perfect to sweat off a couple more pounds before heading to their remarkable Spa.

The Soleil Spa

Soleil Spa completed my whole stay and let me experience their exceptional health-care service. Their massage therapists are well-trained and understand the needs of your body by doing natural treatments. I highly recommend this Spa whenever you visit Hanoi and I can assure you this is the perfect place for relaxation!

Last thoughts…

What I love about Soleil Boutique Hotel are, first, the location, it is just a few strides away from the Hoan Kiem Lake and other shopping stalls and malls. Second, a refreshing and welcoming atmosphere. And lastly, the staff, they’re all affectionate, smiling, and willing to help.

“The burning desire to fulfill the company’s mission which is to offer a memorable stay and satisfaction to travelers in each service reflects each staff. I love Soleil Boutique Hotel and I’m definitely going back.”
